Description
The truth will set you free . . . if it doesn’t kill you first!
17-year-old Jenny just wants a quiet, normal life. Is that too much to ask?
When she wakes up one morning, however, and her heartbroken adoptive mum tells her to pack her things because her adoptive father died and they’re moving to London today, she’s devastated.
She can’t believe she’s lost her father. And she hates London. It holds nothing but bad memories for her.
Thankfully, there’s a silver lining in Jenny’s black cloud, and he’s called Tyler Williams. He’s mysterious, drop-dead gorgeous (with the most amazing blue eyes!) and he helps Jenny and her mum get settled into their new place.
Jenny quickly makes new school friends, and all is going well until she meets arrogant and annoying Dean Evans. What is his problem? Why has he got it in for Jenny? He says he knows her from the past, but she can’t remember him. The only person she recalls from that time in her life is her best friend, Alice. And it’s been so long since she’s seen her, Jenny decides to track her down.
What she doesn’t count on are the disturbing events that lie in wait. Shocking secrets. Horrible truths. The more she uncovers, the more dangerous and potentially deadly the game becomes.
